  2. This CD was marketed as very good and at a premium price. The CD itself was dirty on the top side and the case was totally broken. I had to obtain a new case cover and clean the disc. The disc played fine but should not have been marketed as Very Good. The music is great old Who favorites and great sound/5(96).

  9. Nov 10,  · I owned the "Who's Better, Who's Best" CD many years ago and was generally happy with it. Then, when the Astley remasters came out, I didn't know the difference and traded it in for the newer one. Well, a lot of us got caught up in the reissue game back in .
